If your Rising sign appears to be the opposite of what you expect (e.g., Libra instead of Aries) or simply wrong, please double-check the birth time you entered in the app. Most importantly, ensure you have correctly selected AM or PM, as this is the most common cause for this specific error.

Your chart is likely correct! You are probably viewing the “Today” tab, which shows the current position of the planets in the sky right now (current transits). To see your specific Birth Chart and your correct Sun sign, please navigate to the “Astros” section of the app.

This discrepancy is often due to the Zodiac system selected in your settings. You might be viewing the Sidereal Zodiac instead of the Tropical one. To fix this, go to Profile > Zodiac in the app and change the setting from Sidereal to Tropical.

This is due to the Placidus house system used by Horos. In this system, a single House often spans across two (or even three) zodiac signs. Therefore, a planet can be physically located inside a specific House even if it falls under a different sign than the one on the House cusp.

To verify your account, please navigate to Settings > Email and Password within the app. From there, you can request a link to verify your email address.

To use Horos AI, you must verify your email address. You can do this by going to Settings > Email and Password > Email inside the app. Once verified, you will be able to send your questions.

To correct your birth details (such as time, date, location, or timezone), you can update your information by tapping on your profile picture and selecting the "Profile" option. From there, you can edit your details as needed.
