Delete it from the app

The fastest way is from inside Horos. Open Settings, choose Delete account, and confirm. Your account stops working straight away and you are signed out.

Removing the app from your phone does not delete your account. The account stays on our servers until you ask us to erase it.

Request it by email

If you can no longer open the app, write to us from the email address on your Horos account and say that you want the account deleted. We may ask one question to confirm the account is yours before we go ahead.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials, including the email address, name and profile picture received through Google Sign-In
• Your birth date, birth time and birth place, and every chart calculated from them
• The profiles you saved for partners, friends and family, along with their compatibility readings
• Your private messages and your conversations with the AI assistant
• Your forum posts and comments, and anything else you published in the community

What we keep, and for how long

Your content is erased in full. Two things outlive the account, for the reasons below.

Technical logs

Server and crash logs are kept for up to 180 days and then discarded. We use them for security and debugging, not to identify you.

Records the law requires us to keep

Where we are legally required to retain something, such as a record of a purchase, we keep only what is required and only for as long as it is required.

How long it takes

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Everything listed above is erased from our systems within 30 days of the request.
